Experence :
- 4 years of experience supporting applications, incident handling, system administration, in distributed environments (Linux, Windows, SQL, Postgres, MQ)
- 3 years of experience supporting applications on both private cloud technologies such as Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF)
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (GCP preferred) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with transitioning to Kubernetes & containerizing services.
- 3 years of experience building application dashboards for proactive monitoring, setting up Alerts determination of the issues.
- Experience in experience in writing automation scripts and other methods to reduce toil.
- Fluency in at least one programming language such as (e.g., Python, Terraform, Ansible, Java Spring Boot, Shell Scripting, .Net, etc.)
- Actively owning production level incidents till resolution
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools such as Datadog and Grafana, AppDynamics, Splunk or similar tools.
- Ability to work occasional on call Shift work.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $51.59 to $57.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
