The ideal candidate will have experience developing workplace solutions for creative teams that are driven by business and cultural objectives. You understand how creative teams work, and appreciate how physical space impacts their ability to bring ideas to life.

You can 'see around the corner' and identify communication, logistical, and scheduling challenges. You have a disciplined approach to managing your projects, but maintain the flexibility to work both tactically and strategically when adjustments are required.

- 7 years of prior experience in coordination, project management or space planning of creative spaces preferred

- Strong analytical skills - interpreting large data sets and using data to weigh trade-offs
- Service oriented approach - Desire to deliver innovative and exceptional customerfocused solutions
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Acts with urgency - reacts quickly to change in direction, and resolves issues quickly and efficiently
- Creative problem solver - Excels at managing stakeholder expectations and negotiating tradeoffs

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $46.80 to $52 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
