As the the Sr. Art Director you will be both responsible for managing / mentoring but also hands on design including creative ideation, adaptation, to development This role is HYBRID and does require you to be onsite 2 to 3 days a weekRequired Skills : Must be collaborative, strategic-thinker, energetic, positive, self-starter, strong interpersonal skills Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, display to ecommerce Highly organized. Ability to manage deadline expectations by prioritizing workload accordingly. Listens and communicates effectively Skills / Experience Required : College degree (BFA, BA, or AAS) in visual arts or other creative fields preferred. 10 years creative or related field experience, preferably with beauty industry. Demonstrated ablility to lead a team of creatives Excellent written / oral communication skills. Strong typography skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative suite (MAC-based) especially in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator & Acrobat. Working knowledge of Microsoft 365. Computer literacy on Windows, iOS, MS Word, PowerPoint, OneNote and Excel. Project Management Skills are a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $60 - $65
