ROLE :
You will design and implement research strategies, including research to improve the quality and end-user experience for our client's product including for a diverse set of people, potentially including those with disabilities. Your work will involve collecting, synthesizing, and reporting summaries from quantitative and qualitative data, conducting competitive analysis, and identifying user experience opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Research Planning and Execution : Design and execute research to identify and evaluate opportunities for our client's product compared with key competitors
- Generative and Evaluative Research : Conduct qualitative, quantitative, or mixed-methods research to generate insights for our client's products
- Data Analysis and Synthesis : Analyze and synthesize diverse data sources, prioritize findings, and clearly summarize project work.
- Project Management : Coordinate with multiple research partners, study recruitment vendors / panel management, and research ops to move projects forward.
- Hands-on Research Execution : study design, execute interviews, survey creation, analysis, etc.
- Rapid Insight Generation : Execute research and compile insights quickly to maximize impact.
- Rapid Output Generation : Creating assets such as videos, presentations, and documents to summarizing the insights.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $68.50 to $76.12 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
