Project Overview :
Our client's design platform group is a cross-product, cross-platform design and engineering team. They take the most impactful design opportunities and make them a reality through UX guidance and platform code. We make our client's products more efficient at building beautifully designed products for everyone.
The Design Intelligence team collaborates with other internal teams to improve AI's understanding of UI and UX design (reasoning, generation, critiquing, manipulation.) We are a "tri-coastal" team with core members on the US west coast, NYC, and Germany.
Overall Responsibilities :
- Development of datasets for AI training and evaluation
- Eval development and experimentation (in collaboration with UX team)
- Dataset creation tooling development
- Data analysis of benchmark results, including development of necessary infrastructure
- Fine tuning LLM models
- Productionizing of datasets for application to post-training of LLMs

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $112.90 to $125.45 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
