We are looking for a Video Editor for our culinary client. This is an ongoing temp assignment and a 40-hour-a-week hybrid role in the San Diego Metropolitan Area. You will be responsible for producing visually engaging videos supporting the client’s marketing initiatives, from editing raw footage to delivering polished final cuts ready for various platforms. This role involves collaborating with the marketing team to ensure videos align with brand objectives and captivate our audience through compelling visuals, audio, and motion graphics.

Responsibilities
- Video Editing : Edit raw footage to the desired length, format, and visual style.
- Motion Graphics & Animation : Enhance videos with motion graphics and animations to engage viewers.
- Color Correction & Grading : Apply color correction techniques for consistent and appealing visuals.
- Audio Mixing & Mastering : Mix and master audio tracks to optimize sound quality.
- File Management : Encode final videos for multiple formats, archive project files, and maintain an organized library of footage, graphics, and audio.
- Creative Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute video concepts.
- Industry Awareness : Stay current with video editing trends and techniques to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Project Support : Adapt to new projects as they arise, contributing fresh ideas and creative solutions.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $30 to $35 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
