Job Description :
The VP – Disputes Product Lead will oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle for new features and capabilities in the Disputes domain for the Apple Card. This role requires a data-driven approach to improve customer and agent experiences and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment .
You will work closely with Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. We are looking for proactive individuals with strong problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the product lifecycle for new Disputes features, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop solutions to improve customer and agent experiences in the Disputes domain using data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams to define and implement product strategies.
- Own the product roadmap, ensuring that deliverables align with business priorities and customer needs.
- Write and communicate detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications to guide development teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements to maximize efficiency in a dynamic environment.
- Articulate product vision, features, and requirements to diverse stakeholders to gain organizational buy-in.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $58-68.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
