The Gig
As a Client Onboarding Specialist at Tekambi, you will work closely with a group of clients to ensure they are getting the most value from our products for the lending industry and other verticals. You will need to have a strong technical acumen and the ability to communicate product requirements to the technical team. Additionally, you will monitor client engagement, identify areas for improvement and work with teams to implement changes.
Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process. This includes compiling all necessary assets, walking clients through the setup process, and communicating with affiliates and partners involved in launching.
- Customer Support: You will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking assistance with navigating the Tekambi systems during onboarding. You will provide technical solutions, troubleshoot problems, and advise clients on how to best utilize the various functionalities of the platform. You will also work closely with the development team to ensure that tech solution deadlines are met and that client needs are met.
- Communication: Maintaining regular communication with clients throughout the onboarding process is essential. You will gather feedback and advise clients on how to leverage the platform to meet their individual business needs.
- Training: You will be responsible for educating the client on the configuration and features use cases of the Tekambi platforms as well as implementing training sessions for any of their team members that will utilize the tool.
Qualifications
- B.S. degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 2 years of related experience
- Comprehensive understanding of pipeline revenue, forecasted revenue, and sales cycle revenue management with the ability to meet deadlines
- Proven ability to drive continuous value of products
- Proven interpersonal management skills and exceptional business acumen
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an absolute focus on quality of work
- Previous SaaS experience is a plus
- Experience in the lending industry is a plus
