Aquinas Consulting is seeking a Cable Engineer job in Williamsburg, VA. In this role, you will work as part of a team to supervise, install, and maintain subsea cable systems. You will assist with engineering and implementing deep-sea installations and support activities related to vessel loading, route clearance, and post-lay inspection and burial operations.
Cable Engineer Job Responsibilities :
- Supervise activities associated with the installation of submarine cable systems.
- Assist in the engineering and implementation of deep-sea installations.
- Support vessel loading, route clearance, and post-lay inspection and burial operations.
- Write methods of procedure for installation and loading activities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Marine Services engineering groups, Project Management, and external contractors.
- Provide training support as needed.
