What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Care Specialist position at Aquinas Consulting?
Aquinas Consulting is seeking to fill a Customer Care Specialist job for our direct client in CT. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of key customer accounts, build relationships through effective communication, and ensure customer needs for printed packaging are met. Experience with pressure-sensitive (PS) printing is required for this position.
Customer Care Specialist job Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, providing assistance via phone, email, webinar, and occasional site visits.
- Act as a liaison between customers, Sales, Graphics, Manufacturing, Vendors, and Management.
- Process orders, confirm job details, and communicate timelines and deliverables.
- Monitor open orders, proactively address delays, and track shipments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate project meetings, interact with the Art Department, and support manufacturing workflows.
- Maintain customer profiles, specifications, and documentation, and resolve complaints in collaboration with the Quality Department.
