Plant Manager

Aquinas Consulting is looking to fill a Plant Manager job for our direct client. The Plant Manager will oversee manufacturing, supply chain management, tooling, and maintenance operations. This role is responsible for improving operational efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining financial sustainability.

Plant Manager Job Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement business strategies to meet financial, customer, and operational targets.
• Lead all operational activities, ensuring proper processes and trained resources are in place.
• Drive financial sustainability for existing products and new development opportunities.
• Champion and communicate the company’s vision and mission, empowering employees to exceed expectations.
• Maintain a safe work environment and promote a strong safety culture.
• Work in a matrix organization to support company goals and oversee P&L management.
• Meet regularly with leadership teams to discuss business operations and performance.
