Aquinas Consulting is currently looking to fill a Project Planner job for our direct client. In this role, you will oversee the manufacturing process for assigned projects across multiple facilities, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation. This role involves close collaboration with Project Management, Design Teams, and Supply Chain to track project status, assign inventory, and manage production scheduling.
Project Planner job Responsibilities :
- Create and maintain detailed project status reports.
- Assign product inventory to required projects and system sections.
- Track and report on the project lifecycle through manufacturing.
- Work with Supply Chain to initiate fiber orders and provide set length requirements.
- Issue Manufacturing Instructions to Production Schedulers.
- Collaborate with Project Management to address project risks and changes.
- Schedule and attend meetings with Marine Services, Project Management, and Design Teams.
- Ensure manufacturing documentation is completed on time.
- Review ERP demand for accuracy and escalate issues as needed.
- Proactively resolve project delays by coordinating with stakeholders.
