Our Direct Client has a new Warehouse Coordinator job. In this Warehouse Coordinator job you will be responsible for the following :
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Primary role is responsible for receiving equipment and materials associated with Client’s shore end, land cable, and may include terminal equipment installations; staging, packing, and shipping of equipment, tools and materials in support of Client’s installation projects and maintaining equipment and tool calibration and surplus inventory.
- Daily communication between multiple stakeholders.
- Assembling, packing, and processing shipments (materials, equipment and tool kits) which require dispatch to multi-team stakeholders.
- Active management and tracking of equipment, material, and tool inventory.
- Calibration and certification check on all dispatched tools and equipment to ensure contract compliance.
- Coordination with calibration service providers.
- Basic equipment and tool serviceability and safety checks.
- Receipt of shipments back to stock, inspection and refurbishment as required including count / checks of returning loads to maintain accurate inventory.
- Inspection, cleaning, and categorized storage of all equipment.
- Periodic equipment maintenance.
- Periodic battery checks.
- General maintenance, signage, and cleanliness of warehouse area.
- Meeting attendance to support team and wider stakeholder logistical requirements.
- Equipment repairs drop off and pick up (as required).
- Attending Quarterly EHS meetings
- Perform directed tasking when needed to support Depot staff.
- Weekly timesheet required coded to project task codes as directed by the Client’s Warehouse coordinator.
