- Open availability: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls professionally and address inquiries and complaints
- Resolve customer issues related to product sales and service
- Provide information about our services and products
- Process customer orders and requests
- Research information using available resources
- Route calls to the appropriate departments as needed
- Follow up on complex customer inquiries
- Complete call notes and reports in our CRM system
- Record details of customer interactions and resolutions
- Coordinate with internal teams for effective communication
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
