Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data into company systems and databases.
- Review and verify data for errors and make corrections as needed.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information with the utmost care.
- Generate reports and assist with data processing tasks as needed.
- Assist in organizing and filing physical and electronic documents.
- Support other administrative tasks, including data management and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software.

- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
