Job Summary

Aquitaine Wine Company seeks a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join its team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for promoting our premium French wine portfolio to clients across California and neighboring states.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with wine retailers, restaurants, and distributors.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless inventory management and effective sales execution.
  • Travel within California to meet with clients, present our portfolio, and secure orders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity through ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the wine industry.
  • Passion for wine and a solid understanding of French wines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of inventory management and data analytics.
  • Wine-related education, such as a sommelier course, viticulture/enology degree, or hospitality degree.
