We are seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to assist in the development, implementation, and supervision of behavior analytic interventions for children and adults with autism and other behavioral disorders. The BCaBA will work under the supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) and will be responsible for conducting assessments, implementing behavior plans, and providing support to clients, families, and staff.
Responsibilities:
- -Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

- -Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and assist in data collection.
- Provide direct therapy to clients in one-on-one or group settings.

- -Analyze and interpret client data to assess progress and make recommendations for adjustments to treatment plans.

- -Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, parents, teachers, and other team members to ensure consistency and effective communication.

- -Document and maintain accurate, up-to-date records of client progress, sessions, and goals.

- -Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development activities.

- -Support the implementation of treatment protocols across a variety of environments (home, school, clinic, etc.).

Pay: $49.37 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
