Job Responsibilities:
- -Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for clients with ASD or other developmental disabilities.

- -Provide one-on-one direct therapy and supervise implementation of treatment plans.

- -Train, mentor, and supervise a team of behavior technicians and direct care staff.

- -Monitor client progress and modify interventions as needed to ensure the most effective treatment.

- -Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment plans.

- -Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment sessions, and other necessary reports.

- -Participate in regular team meetings and case reviews to discuss client progress and treatment strategies.

- -Stay current with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA).

Pay: $73.29 - $80.00 per hour
