AR Building Company is seeking a full-time EXPERIENCED Housekeeper for Villages of Easton, an apartment community located in Irwin, PA.
Attention to detail is a must. Must be a self-starter and willing to be a part of the team.
This position is responsible for:
* Deep cleaning vacant units after a tenant moves out, including but not limited to,
behind all appliances, the appliances themselves, light fixtures, bathrooms,
windows, ledges and trim etc.
* Cleaning common areas and stairwells.
* Sweeping sidewalks and picking up trash.
* Helping with deliveries of packages and notices to residents.
The hours of the position are Mon-Thurs 9:00-5:00, Friday 8:00-4:00.
