Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a full-time EXPERIENCED Maintenance Tech to work at Bright Oaks, an upscale apartment and townhouse community in Oakdale. Applicants must be experienced in general apartment maintenance and upkeep, appliance repair, electric (switches and plugs etc), plumbing, basic carpentry and HVAC troubleshooting.

Interested individuals must have reliable truck, own hand tools, and availability for on-call responsibilities.

Hours are Mon.-Thurs. 9:00-5:00 and Fri. 8:00-4:00. Plus on-call responsibility.

Great benefits the first of the month after 60 days!

Must be able to pass background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • On call

Work Location: In person
