A. R. Building Company, a national apartment real estate company, is seeking an experienced, energetic Property Manager for Pomeroy Place, a brand new, luxury apartment community located in Pomeroy, CT. This property will consist of 42 luxury studio, 1, and 2 bedroom apartments. In addition, this position will oversee Meriden Place Apartments, once constructed.
This property requires an energetic, experienced, self-motivated, Lease Up Property Manager, who knows the area and demographics of Pomeroy and Hartford, CT and will lease this wonderful community to 100%. Great work location, close to shopping and dining.
The Property Manager position oversees all operations of the property including, but not limited to, marketing, leasing, resident relations, property inspections, supervising maintenance, and budgeting.
Candidate must be friendly, outgoing, self motivated and dependable and must be proficient in computer programs including Microsoft Office. Proficiency with RealPage/OneSite software a plus. 5 or more years experience as a Property Manager is preferred.
