Position Overview :
The Sales Enablement & Operations Specialist will play a critical role in driving the success of the sales teams within a network of luxury custom homebuilders. This role blends sales enablement strategies with sales operations support, focused on equipping the sales team with the tools, insights, and training they need while optimizing processes and improving performance. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking, innovative professional with real estate sales experience, strong operational capabilities, and a knack for driving sales growth and efficiency.
Responsibilities :
- Sales Enablement Strategy : Develop and implement sales enablement initiatives that drive sales effectiveness, ensuring teams have the right tools, resources, and training to hit their targets.
- Sales Operations Support : Work with sales leadership to streamline operations, focusing on process optimization, lead management, and performance tracking.
- Process Improvement : Identify and implement improvements in sales processes to drive efficiency and scale, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
- Performance Reporting : Manage and analyze sales performance data, providing sales leaders with actionable insights via reports and dashboards to improve decision-making.
- Sales Technology Management : Oversee the implementation, optimization, and usage of sales tools such as CRM, LMS platform, and quoting system. Drive adoption and ensure tools are leveraged effectively.
- Content Creation : Develop engaging sales collateral, playbooks, and client-facing materials that support sales consultants in delivering a premium, high-touch customer experience.
- Sales Process Management : Collaborate with the sales team to manage and refine the sales process from lead generation through closing, ensuring operational consistency and effectiveness.
- Training & Development : Design and facilitate sales training programs that improve core skills and drive understanding of processes. Ensure ongoing development by delivering timely, relevant training materials.
- LMS & Systems Management : Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), creating and curating courses that align with business needs and sales objectives. Experience with instructional design and online course creation is a plus.
- Innovation in Training : Apply forward-thinking strategies to develop cutting-edge sales training methods and materials, staying ahead of industry trends to ensure competitive advantage.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and sales operations teams to align sales initiatives and ensure operational excellence across the organization.
