This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a residential sales representative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all potential new homeowners with love; networking and prospecting; continuing persistent and targeted CRM follow-up via phone, email, video, and mail; touring prospects through our model home; participating in team business planning and sales goals, and other assigned duties.
Requirements
A high school education or higher is required. A positive, friendly, and good-humored personality is essential. You should be mature, wise, poised, and polished. Fast, efficient, and proficient work habits are required. Excellent verbal and written skills are necessary to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

This is a full-time position working Tuesday-Saturday from 9am-5pm. As a residential sales representative, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including custom home sales.
