What You'll Do
You will handle all potential new homeowners with love; network and prospect; continue persistent and targeted CRM follow-up via phone, email, video, and mail; tour prospects through our model home; participate in team business planning and sales goals, and other assigned duties. Your key responsibilities will include building strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Your Qualifications
Must have a high school education or higher. A positive, friendly, and good-humored personality is essential. You should be mature, wise, poised, and polished. Fast, efficient, and proficient work habits are required. Excellent verbal and written skills are necessary to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
About the Role
This is a full-time position working Tuesday-Saturday from 9am-5pm. As a residential sales representative, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including custom home sales.
