Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bilingual Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for sales. This role involves identifying customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential and existing customers in both [Language] and English to understand their needs and offer appropriate products or services.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing leads and closing deals.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with clients.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to optimize the sales process.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve product offerings and sales strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Salary : $75,000 - $120,000
