As a Customer Service Representative, the responsibilities will include working with customers daily in a retail setting to engage in new acquisitions and their enrollment process. This will include working at events locally and providing essential services with affordable prices and technology solutions. The Customer Service Representative will process sales orders and manage the customers account based on their eligibility. We are looking for someone who is solution oriented and customer focused.
What You Do As A Customer Service Representative:
- As a Customer Service Representative, ensure our customers needs are met with professionalism and expertise within a retail environment
- Provide outstanding customer service so that each customer receives personalized attention from their Customer Service Representative
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs, being a part of the sales process and recommending the best services to fit their requirements and qualifications
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, showcasing your skills as a high-performing Customer Service Representative
- Work closely with internal teams with seamless communication
- Have an understanding of industry trends and product knowledge to offer informed recommendations that lead to successful sales
- Maintain accurate confidential records having all interactions documented for smooth follow-up and long-term relationship management
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, retail setting or customer service is a bonus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and drive sales
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to meeting customers needs
- A passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering the best possible experience for every customer
