We are a 18 hole private golf facility that is committed to building a memorable experience for members and employees. The golf course maintenance crew is looking for focused and hardworking individuals to help maintain the beautiful grounds and challenging golf course. Candidates for this position will be expected to perform manual labor including, but not limited to, walk mowing, string trimming, riding equipment operation, raking, use of backpack blowers, and other items associated with golf course maintenance. Lifting over 50 pounds is required.
Candidates need to be eligible for employment in the United States and have reliable transportation. Candidates will be expected to be at work 10 minutes before scheduled start to shift. Individuals will be expected to work in all weather conditions. They will be expected to communicate all scheduling changes 2 weeks prior to schedule posting. Between April and November we operate 7 days a week, candidates are scheduled to work Monday- Friday from 5:00am to 2:00pm, and either Saturday or Sunday from 5:00am to 9:00am. In the off-season they are scheduled Monday- Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm, no weekends.
Employees are provided with uniforms and personal protective equipment, monthly staff cook-outs, and golf privileges.
Exceptional candidates will become eligible for Overtime, health insurance, paid vacation, and year round employment.
