Concrete Ready Mix Company seeking a skilled and reliable Volumetric Concrete Driver in the New Braunfels & San Antonio area. The driver will be responsible for operating and maintaining a volumetric concrete mixer truck, delivering concrete to various job sites, and ensuring the highest level of service to our customers. Drivers will be in newer late-model trucks.
Compensation : $25.00 - $30.00 an hour (pay based on verifiable experience)

Minimum Requirements :
Valid Texas driver's license with class B CDL.
Knows and obeys all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Rules.
Requirements :
Repetitive motion with hand, wrist, feet, head, and shoulder.
The ability to work outdoors in a diverse environment.
Work in congested and remote areas.
Work while standing or sitting for several hours at a time.
Must be able to lift / carry up to 50 pounds.
Reach, bend, and stoop while performing work.
Maintain visual and audible contact with other crewmen and all moving or stationary persons / vehicles / objects to ensure safe coordination of movement.
Duties :
Safely operate a DOT volumetric concrete mixer truck.
Experience operating a volumetric concrete mixer truck is required.
Basic knowledge of concrete mixing, testing and pouring techniques.
Deliver concrete to job sites in a timely and efficient manner.
Performs daily pre trips and post trips and alerts mechanics of any defects.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees both in person and electronically.
Will be required to complete paperwork and electronic submission in a timely manner.
Will occasionally be required to perform other logistical tasks in both CDL and Non CDL vehicles.
Position will require daily cleaning and of truck with a weekly descaling.
Will be required to operate all equipment necessary to safely and efficiently load trucks with water, sand, grave, and cement powder.
