The successful candidate for this position will have a strong passion and understanding of program management, development of roadmaps, and optimizing resources supporting DoD customers. As a valued contributor to our team your responsibilities will include :
- Managing program budgets, tracking expenditures, and forecasting financial needs.
- Orchestrating stakeholder engagement, presenting project progress, technical challenges, and milestone achievements to leadership and key customers.
- Encouraging team collaboration to identify creative solutions for complex engineering challenges.
- Reviewing and approving streamlined development and engineering workflows by integrating project management tools (Jira), enhancing team transparency and accountability.
