Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Land Acquisition Manager based in Buford, GA, with some flexibility for remote work. The Land Acquisition Manager will be responsible for researching, evaluating, and acquiring land for subdivision development. Key tasks include conducting market research, analyzing land use, negotiating acquisitions, and coordinating with finance teams to ensure project feasibility.
Qualifications
- Experience in Land Use Planning and Market Research
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Acquisitions
- Proficiency in Finance and understanding of financial assessments
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Finance, or a related field is preferred
