Job Description: The primary purpose of the Activities Assistant is to foster the relationship between patients and staff along with assisting the Activities Director with anything that they may need. Looking for a friendly face and upbeat personality to join our team. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Holds activities such as; bingo, arts and crafts, baking, and one on one visits. • Light paperwork involved i.e. activity intake form asking patients demographic information, hobby's, and interests. • Works collaboratively with patient's team to ensure that they are well informed about patient's needs Education/Certifications: • High School Diploma/GED
