A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BEHAVIORAL HEALTH RN RISK MANAGER / ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF NURSING
As a RN Risk Manager / ADON at our behavioral health, skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, you play a critical role in the care of our residents. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health RN Risk Manager / ADON to join our skilled nursing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, individualized care to residents with behavioral health needs while maintaining a safe and supportive environment. The RN- ADON / Risk Manager is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that may affect the safety, quality of care, and regulatory compliance within the facility. This role involves developing risk management strategies, conducting investigations, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations, and providing staff education. A background in psychiatric nursing or mental health is preferred to address risks related to behavioral health, dementia care, and residents with psychiatric conditions.
