Duties

- Engage with customers to take orders, answer questions, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and utensils.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations during food preparation and service.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance customer satisfaction.
