Marketing Specialist
Job Overview :
As the Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for assisting in the development, management, execution and analysis of marketing initiatives and programs for the Arachas Group. In this role, you’ll play a key role in planning and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen the brand and drive customer acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate the creation, review, and distribution of marketing materials (digital and print).
- Manage, organize, and execute ongoing list procurement activities with third-party vendors, database, and mail house.
- Evaluate and refine direct mail and email approaches, offers, and creative elements to maximize performance and achieve KPIs.
- Manage budgets and timelines, ensuring campaigns are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company’s marketing efforts remain innovative and effective
- Partner with an outside vendor to develop and execute online and in person educational events that drive acquisition efforts.
- Utilize tools and resources to develop compelling content that can be used in multiple channels, including social media, website, email, blogs and more.
- Manage and update marketing materials and other relevant content to ensure consistency and relevance in messaging across multiple channels. Maintain the agency’s branding standards across all communications and materials.
- Maintain all aspects of the website including copy / image / content changes.

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm (Hybrid Work Schedule)
