RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collects cash / checks or processes charge payments for guests
- Ensures an accurate accounting of all transactions, collections, and disbursements during work shift
- Greets guests as they enter
- Answers the phone and cleans as necessary
- Sets up cash drawer and follows security procedures
- Completes opening and / or closing checklists
- Performs other duties as assigned
