Summary
The Program Compliance Analyst reports to the Program Compliance and Outreach Director. The Program Compliance Analyst is responsible for all city program & outreach compliance reporting. The Program Compliance Analyst will interact with multiple departments including government relations, accounting, operations and sales in order to ensure that Athens Services is in full program contractual compliance with our municipal agreements.Job Description
- Prepare and analyze MCR and MORe requirements and deliverables
- Assist with Cal Recycle reporting
- Ensure company compliance with state programs
- Responsible for preparing, coordinating and delivering all city customer lists for outreach
- Manage program data in accordance with the agreement
- Continually develop process improvement and maintain the Compliance Checklist
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a business related field
- 2 - 4 years of experience in a comparable role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Outstanding analytical, organizational, and oral/written communication skills
- Awareness of business trends
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Waste industry experience
- Audit experience
Salary: $24.16 - 38.56/hour
