Job Description
The Environmental Services (EVS) Manager at UI Health Hospital is responsible for developing and executing facility solutions to ensure all health and safety standards are met. Responsible for servicing and / or maintaining a physical location or site to client specifications. Leads the operations of facility accounts by ensuring areas of responsibility meet objectives and client expectations.
The salary range for this position ranges from $60,000 to $70,000, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).
Job Responsibilities
Leadership :
- Overall ownership and accountability of operational management and financial performance of the unit
- Coach employees by creating a shared understanding about what needs to be achieved and how it is to be achieved
- Reward and recognize employees
- Identify and engage top talent and develop team members to their fullest potential within the organization
- Plan and lead team management meetings
- Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations.
