Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Customer Service: Safely operate a company step van to provide products and services to clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and meeting sales growth goals.
- Route Management: Manage daily routes independently to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products, reviewing invoices daily for completeness and accuracy.
- Product Loading and Unloading: Load and unload products according to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Lead Generation and Customer Development: Develop leads, prospect for new customers, and install new accounts to drive sales growth and profitability.
Requirements
- Education: High school degree or equivalent required.
- Experience: Customer service experience with a wide variety of consistent customer contact, strong math and basic computer skills, and demonstrated experience selling services/products and generating new business.
- Safety and Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and maneuver up to 25 pounds, occasional lifting and maneuvering of 50 pounds, and working in a fast-paced environment with irregular and long hours.
