- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve HR efficiency and effectiveness.
This role requires proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and HR/SPHR certification is preferred. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or the equivalent are required. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical/problem solving skills and be able to effectively interact, communicate and consult with multiple levels of management on a routine basis.
