The Food Runner is responsible for keeping inventory of transporting, stocking, and cleaning / clearing products to ensure business and customer needs are met. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

- Greets guests with a smile and friendly welcome
- Ensures timely and accurate delivery of food from kitchen to table while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
- Coordinates food orders to guarantee efficiency and assists other front of house employees with guest requests
- Anticipates guest needs and completes side work such as rolling silverware and cleaning menus
- Demonstrates menu knowledge and enthusiastically makes recommendations
- Shows flexibility in assisting team and observing responsible alcohol service
- Ensures guest safety while they play and maintains food quality
- Serves guests with high service standards and keeps common areas clean and organized
- Engages with guests and maintains positive body language
- Qualifications

- Strong guest service skills, with a focus on creating positive experiences
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills, including comfort with talking to strangers
- Ability to work well in a team and a fast-paced environment
- Experience in high-volume restaurants / bars is preferred
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to maintaining standards
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Self-awareness, receptivity to change, and integrity
- Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, stoop, and bend as required by the job
