Senior Service Technician Position
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Service Technician. As a key member of our service crew, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and maintaining a positive working relationship with colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair equipment issues at customer locations and in our Market Center.
- Develop and maintain expertise in repairing small electrical appliances, including espresso machines and brewers.
- Create detailed documentation of work performed and provide excellent communication with customers.
- Participate in scheduled and unscheduled service calls, installations, and water filter changes.
