We are seeking an experienced Bilingual HR Manager specializing in Talent Acquisition to join our team. Additionally, the HR Manager will handle a variety of HR generalist duties to support overall HR functions.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies : Create and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to meet the staffing needs of the organization.
- Sourcing and Attracting Candidates : Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, community partners, and networking events to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Candidate Screening and Selection : Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Employer Branding : Lead initiatives to enhance the company's employer brand and promote a positive image to potential candidates.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers : Work closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Data Analysis and Reporting : Monitor recruitment metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Compliance and Legal Requirements : Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Onboarding and Integration : Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.
- Employee Relations : Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Performance Management : Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems, including performance reviews and feedback processes.
