Job Description
Title : Hybrid Remote Clinical Nutrition Manager
Location : Upper Allegheny Health System
This role offers a hybrid remote work arrangement.
Ideally, we’d like someone onsite 75% of the time, but we will have flexibility.
Aramark Healthcare is seeking an experienced Clinical Nutrition Manager to lead and manage the clinical nutrition operations at Bradford Regional Medical Center and Olean General Hospital. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical nutrition, experience managing a team, and a passion for improving patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition and quality initiatives. In additional to managing the inpatient nutrition care, this role will also manage the practicing clinical dietitians at Dialysis, Diabetes and Total Senior Care Pace Center.
Compensation : The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of clinical nutrition policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Manage the clinical nutrition team, including hiring, training, and performance management of staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and dietitians, to ensure that patients receive the best possible nutrition care
- Conduct regular assessments of patient needs and develop individualized nutrition plans to meet those needs
- Provide education and training to hospital staff on the importance of nutrition in patient care and how to implement evidence-based practices
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and developments in the field of clinical nutrition and incorporate that knowledge into the hospital's nutrition program
- Maintains professional continuing education annually for self and clinical staff
