About the Role
We are seeking a Concession Stand Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while preparing and serving food and beverages.
Key responsibilities include:
- Courteously greeting and assisting all guests
- Taking food orders and serving guests
- Preparing and building food items according to standardized recipes and directions
- Properly storing food by applying food safety policies and procedures
- Servicing workstations including prep tables, service counters, hot wells, steam tables, etc.
You will also be responsible for:
- Breaking down, cleaning, and sanitizing workstations
- Serving food to guests while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating their needs
- Replenishing food items and ensuring product is stocked to appropriate levels
- Maintaining excellent service, positive demeanor, friendly, efficient, and positive service towards guests, clients, co-workers, etc.
- Adhering to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
- Ensuring security of company assets
- Running a cash register and collecting payment for sale from guests
- Reconciling cash to register sales and stand inventory
- Maintaining and implementing the Aramark alcohol policy
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous food service experience (preferred)
- Able to obtain food safety certification
- Demonstrates positive guest service skills
- Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lb
