We are seeking a Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and making memories with guests. Our Servers love to keep guests satisfied and are problem-solvers at heart. Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and all other offerings
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during events
• Replenish food and beverage products
• Adhere to all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines, including checking guests' identification
• Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and objectives
• Maintain a positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation
• Ensure security of company assets
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a server or in a food service role preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures
• Ability to obtain a food safety certification
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
