This is an excellent chance to join our team as a Front Desk Supervisor at Lake Powell and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who can lead our Guest Services team and drive results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Guest Services Support Staff to ensure seamless coverage 24/7, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
- Coordinate registration functions and transportation, guaranteeing smooth arrivals and departures.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for our Front Desk and Concierge staff, leveraging established Aramark training protocols and client standards.
- Oversee front desk operations to deliver world-class service in areas such as check-in/check-out functions, lobby ambassador programs, guest orientation, telephone service, mail management, reservation coordination, and property management system utilization.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to delivering world-class service to clients, guests, and colleagues.
- Possess a strong knowledge of personal computers and experience in all facets of guest services.
- Exhibit effective leadership, motivation, and communication skills, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving results.
- Showcase strong organizational abilities and preference for two years of hospitality services or similar environment experience performing like duties as Guest Services or Concierge's supervisor.
- Must be able to read, write, and clearly speak English.
