Job Description
Coors Field is home to the MLB Colorado Rockies in Denver, Colorado. Aramark supports our clients by providing a high level of attention to detail and outstanding customer service in all that we do. The Premium Dessert Cart Attendants are responsible for setting up the dessert cart, executing service of dessert throughout the suite level, and cleaning the cart after each shift.
Our ideal candidate is an individual who can work independently and communicate swiftly and consistently with their team and leadership. Making a lasting impression on our guests and ensuring that a five-star, white-gloved experience is made. Having a sweet tooth is a plus!
Possibility for overtime for select shifts. Ability to work evenings, holidays and special events may be required.
This position is considered an Hourly / Seasonal / Part-Time Employee / Unionized
Position Type
Scheduling for this position will be managed through a flex workforce app, ReadyOn, in which shifts will be made available for you to select. There is no minimum guaranteed hours per week and hours will not exceed 25hrs / wk average annually.
Job Responsibilities
- Ability to sell desserts from suite to suite
- Collect and prepare cart from kitchen and set according to premium service standards
- Accurately collect payment for all orders
- Communicate to guests regarding orders
- Work with the Pantry Assistants in placing orders
- Verify that all sales are correctly reflected in customer invoices
- Must balance at end of event sales to inventory to payments collected
- Keeping areas clean and neat
- Provides excellent guest service, anticipating guests’ needs and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintains a positive demeanor towards guests, clients, co-workers, etc.
- Use all required safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) and annotate when equipment is not operable
- Take appropriate measures to ensure the security of client and company assets
- Interact with clients, employees, vendors, customers, and guests about business-related activities and attend meetings, as required
- Work shifts that are 6 – 10 hours in length

Qualifications
This role will have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and / or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and / or usage of PPE.
This role requires membership into UNITE Here Local 23 – Denver, Colorado
This position is considered an Hourly / Seasonal / Part-Time Employee / Unionized
Compensation Data
The tipped hourly rate of pay for this position is $19.50 to $19.50. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
