**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Food and Beverage Operations to join our team at ARAMARK. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
As a seasoned executive-level culinary professional, you will oversee the management of our culinary brigade, ensuring exceptional production, presentation, and service excellence standards are met. You will also apply your expertise in culinary techniques to food preparation and manage the final presentation and service of food.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary management, with a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction. You will also have excellent coaching skills, able to establish a shared understanding of what needs to be achieved and how it is to be accomplished.
In collaboration with the Culinary/Chef's Council, you will develop and implement relevant training to increase the knowledge and capability of culinary staff. Additionally, you will assist in the development and management of annual operational goals, including the estimation and management of food and labor cost goals.
The successful candidate will have a degree from an accredited culinary institute and 4-7 years of executive-level culinary management experience, with a minimum of 2-3 years of culinary management experience in a multi-unit setting. ServSafe Certification is also required.
