About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our food services team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the safety and quality of food, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and maintain work schedules, and prepare production packets as needed.
- Direct daily activities, maintaining a safe and hazard-free working environment.
- Maintain accurate inventory on a weekly basis, and ensure all serving schedules are followed.
- SUPERVISE AND EVALUATE EMPLOYEES, COUNSEL, PROMOTE EMPLOYEE GROWTH, EFFICIENCY, MORALE, AND TEAMWORK.
Requirements:
- Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions.
- Must complete a sanitation course either before or during the first year.
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic, maintain emotional control under stress, and resolve interpersonal situations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
