Job Responsibilities
- Serving food and beverage to guests according to their orders and/or banquet menu.
- Maintaining knowledge of menu items and all other offerings.
- Maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during events.
- Replenishing food and beverage products as needed.
- Providing excellent customer service, anticipating guests' needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in a food service role is preferred.
- Demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures.
